Chris Bryant is a new media pioneer, a serial entrepreneur and the current President of the New York Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Over the last 12 years he has founded three successful businesses and co-founded or consulted on several other successful Internet-related start-ups.
Chris began his career in 1994 when he founded one of the first New York-based Interactive Agencies, T3 Media. Over a 4-year period he successfully grew the company into a national presence serving as Interactive Agency of Record for firms such as Microsoft and American Express. The company also created and produced a number of online properties including the Tony Awards Online in and one of MSN’s first weekly shows On Broadway. In 1996 the company produced the first corporate international webcast using multi-cast technology for Digital Equipment Corporation.
Chris was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999 and later that year sold the business to a publicly traded technology company after successfully raising over $10MM in debt and equity financing during the company’s growth phase. He remained the company's CEO until late 2001 when he began his own consulting practice offering interactive media consulting.
In 2003, Chris left his consultancy to start Elizabeth Street Gallery Partners – importing 18th and 19th Century European carved stone statuary, garden ornaments and architectural elements. He then founded Elizabeth Street Stoneworks to import custom carved re-creations based on the catalogue of antiques from his first company. Both companies make extensive use of the Internet and new media technology in their business.
In late 2005, Mr. Bryant joined Shycast – a social network and user-generated video contest engine – as a founder and helped develop the company’s business model. He left Shycast in 2007 to join together with Tracy Dorsey to start Reset Media Partners – a digital marketing agency specializing in the production and distribution of Branded Digital Entertainment. Through key partnerships, Reset Media currently represents the top trafficked non-traditional distribution sites on the Internet.
